“I began working at Omni three years ago, after I graduated with a classical music conductor’s degree in Lithuania. I decided to take a break from my studies and move to London, hoping to explore different opportunities and improve my English.
Joining Omni was the best way to embark on my new journey, bringing me exciting challenges and allowing me to meet new people. I started as a barmaid and was then trained in sales, helping build the back of house side of the business.
Through high quality support and mentoring, I moved to being a recruitment consultant and, in almost three years, worked my way up to an office manager position. I thoroughly enjoy working at Omni as it has taught me about building relationships with clients and growing businesses successfully and fruitfully.

“I started working at Omni in 2011, where I began as a waiter. I had just arrived from Lithuania and having lived there my whole life, my new working season was an exciting but intimidating prospect.
At Omni, I was trained to work as a butler and gradually grew into the position of supervisor in our VIP bookings at hotels. I was provided incredible support and training, and have now been able to transition into a training and recruiter position.
