Elmarie started her career in South Africa as a hospitality manager for a number of sizeable industry organisations. Upon accepting a position as a recruitment consultant in the UK, Elmarie relocated to London, and then several years later, went on to join Omni.

Elmarie has built many long-standing relationships with her clients, many of whom she still works closely with to this day. In her role, recruitment revolves around the effective working relationships she builds with all temporary staff members, as well as those within the core team.

As an experienced, driven and passionate individual, Elmarie derives immense satisfaction from providing opportunities for other people. Seeing new team members – with no prior experience in catering or hospitality – prospering in their roles, receiving positive feedback from clients, and going on to take up full-time roles, is what drives her to keep continually pushing forwards.
