Fredy joined The Omni Group as an Area Manager in 2010. He is an experienced hands-on operational manager focused on people, profit, and quality results for a portfolio of contracts in various regions across the UK which are under his remit.
Fredy is a former Military Engineer Officer from the Colombian Army, and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Personnel Management. He has also worked with various organisations involving Hospitality and Facilities Management across varying levels and roles including public, private, and NGO sectors.
Fredy has a keen interest in developing team members in management positions through sustained leadership processes and organisational behaviour to improve their managerial skills. He also has a strong desire to progress and apply his health and safety studies to the organisation.
