Director of Human Resources
Rebecca joined Omni Facilities Management in October 2013. As Director of Human Resources, Rebecca is responsible for managing the HR Department and all related tasks associated with Omni’s workforce of over 4,500 staff across the UK.These tasks include recruitment, people matters, staff development, resourcing and organisational development.
An experienced generalist HR practitioner, Rebecca has HR Management experience from various sectors including hospitality, finance, advertising and public sector. Rebecca has a keen interest in Employment Law and possesses a postgraduate qualification in Advanced Employment Law from the University of Surrey.
Rebecca has a very hands on approach to HR and can be found around the office talking to potential employees, encouraging the Recruitment Team and assisting our Regional Area Managers with people matters in person, or over the phone.
