What is the
Omni Academy of Apprenticeships?

The Omni Academy of Apprenticeships offers a unique opportunity for workers to enhance their skills, knowledge, and behaviours through our specialized and tailor-made apprenticeships. Our program combines the best of both worlds with a mix of face-to-face and online learning, enabling you to continue earning while you learn. We provide a clear and dedicated career path, guiding team members from the role of a Housekeeping Associate to the position of Head Housekeeper.

What sets our apprenticeships apart is the inclusion of prestigious Highfield qualifications and the innovative Aspiring Apprentice Strengthscope Pathway of Possibility Program, which further enriches the learning experience.
