Our Services

Back of house staff work in kitchen areas of a restaurant, generally behind the scenes, with each individual playing a vital role in delivering world class service and allowing the business to function seamlessly.

 

With a thorough and conscientious approach to work, we focus on quality and value throughout all of our back of house placements. Recruitment within this service covers a large scope of exciting job openings and work opportunities.

With combined industry experience of over 50 years, we pride ourselves in working in close partnership with our clients, and seek to provide outstanding catering services time after time.

 

Our professional team of waiting staff  are trained for à la carte, breakfast, and banqueting services. In addition, we also recruit catering managers and general assistants who work in hotels and contract catering. 

 

Our Staff

For the provision of catering personnel, the investment in our people begins on day one when we provide induction training which is repeated and refreshed every six months. All candidates are trained and proficient in health and hygiene, health and safety, and both plate waiter and silver service waiter skills.

 

Feedback is critical to our long-term success so we actively promote a culture of three-way feedback from our candidates and our clients regarding our performance. We pride ourselves in working in partnership with our clients and as an extension of their organisations.

Our Staff

We work closely with clients on a one-to-one basis to ensure that the staff we provide are sufficiently well trained and possess the requisite experience to deliver the service. As standard, all candidates undergo a face-to-face interview with us and are required to pass all interview screening processes, checks and aptitude tests. We also go to additional lengths to obtain details regarding their previous relevant experience to build up a profile to enable suitable matching.

University of West London guest lectures

Omni Facilities management is pleased to announce a series of guest lectures to students of the University of West London in November 2014. “Usually students think of housekeeping as ‘making beds’, however in the context of outsourced housekeeping services it is way more interesting than that!” says Christoph Hoffmann, Omni’s Quality Assurance Manager, who will run the guest lectures on performance measures in housekeeping. In his lectures to first, second and final year students studying Hotel Accommodation Operations, Hotel Accommodation Management, International Human Resources Management, Strategic Facilities Management, Rooms Management, Strategic Financial Management and Human Resources Management, he will talk about how Key Performance Indicators are used to understand work processes better, change employee behaviour and drive quality and performance.
