We are a leading provider of bespoke outsourced services to over 200 hotels across the UK, Singapore and South Africa. Employing over 4,500 people, Omni provides Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property and Software Services to some of the world’s most prestigious global hotel brands.
Our ultimate parent company is Omni Facilities Management Limited (“Omni FM”). Omni FM has its head office in the UK.
The Group has a global annual turnover of £38 787 851.00 to end of June 2016.

Our supply chains
Our supply chains include, but are not limited to, sourcing temporary staff for our clients, as well as for our own direct hospitality services. We expect our suppliers and potential suppliers to aim for high ethical standards and to operate in an ethical, legally-compliant and professional manner by adhering to our Supplier Code of Conduct. We also expect our suppliers to promote similar standards in their own supply chain.
Our policies on slavery and human trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we conduct a high level of due diligence on our recruitment procedures and supply chain network to ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
We have in place systems to:
• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
• Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
• Protect whistle blowers.
Supplier adherence to our values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we continue to monitor the supply chain by conducting regular levels of due diligence.
We have a compliance team, which consists of involvement from the following departments:
• Human Resources
• Such other management as are required from time to time
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we shall continue to provide training to our staff.
We shall continue to review the effectiveness of the steps we have taken to ensure that here is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending June 2016.
