With combined industry experience of over 50 years, we pride ourselves in working in close partnership with our clients, and seek to provide outstanding catering services time after time.
Our professional team of waiting staff are trained for à la carte, breakfast, and banqueting services. In addition, we also recruit catering managers and general assistants who work in hotels and contract catering.
For the provision of catering personnel, the investment in our people begins on day one when we provide induction training which is repeated and refreshed every six months. All candidates are trained and proficient in health and hygiene, health and safety, and both plate waiter and silver service waiter skills.
